Please note: The inner hole diameter is ~30 mm. The foam roller has a PVC pipe as an inner sleeve, meaning that there is no way you can put it over tubes which are over 29mm in diameter. For best results we recommend using these rollers on tubes which are 28.5 mm and lower.
