Tapered Tricep Cone features a 12 cm long, solid rubber cone, which molds to the shape of your palm. Making single triceps pushdowns far more comfortable.

Use it on its own for exercises like single triceps pushdowns, overhead triceps extension and single arm fly’s. Or pair it up and add triceps pushdowns, face pulls and hammer curls to the list as well.
