If you have a high and low pulley in your home gym, a stirrup handle will allow you to perform single-arm movements. Instead of splashing out all your cash on a full cable crossover machine, just use your high pulley and do them one hand at a time!

If you have a cable crossover then getting a pair of these is a must for chest flys.
