Our gym chalk is made from Magnesium Carbonate which reduces the moisture on your hand. Enabling you to maintain a better grip during a hectic training session. When the weights are going up and the sweat is dripping down, you need something to stop the bar from slipping out of your hands.

It is especially handy on a chrome knurled barbell, where the surface is inherently slippery due to the nature of the chrome finish. If you’re not already using chalk to train then we’d really recommend it.
