You will hear that these cable eyelets are not as strong as the loop style cable ends. Well we put it to the test! With the right dies to press the cable, and a hydraulic press, these fittings managed to hold over 500kgs. So you won’t be getting anywhere near that anytime soon.

The big advantage of this style of fitting is the most important is that they are so much easier to use. They are thinner which makes getting your cable attachments on and off a breeze. The thicker loop style can be tricky with some caribiners.
