The ATX® Wall Bar Gym or Swedish Ladder is an exceptionally compact and versatile piece of gym equipment. ATX have included an adjustable bench with the Wall Bar Gym. This creates many exercise options.
It also features built in chin-up bar which adds another set of exercises that can be performed on your Swedish Ladder.
Adjustable Bench – The bench can be hooked to any height. Combined with the adjustable support foot, there’s plenty of room to get creative.
Chin-up Bar – No callisthenics station would be complete without a chin-up bar. The integrated chin-up bar is 30mm thick and sits 43.5 cm from the wall, giving you plenty of room to perform pull-ups.
Optional dip handles – Dip handles can be purchased as an optional addition for your Wall Bar Gym. They feature a simple mounting system with variable grip width.
Please note: the Swedish Ladder is delivered disassembled. Mounting bolts are not included, as the type you need will depend on the surface you are planning on mounting it on.
