Nothing bites into the back muscles quite like one-arm rows; which explains their popularity amongst bodybuilders and powerlifters. They allow you to isolate the muscle while still using heavy weights – sometimes too much weight, so it’s easy to outgrow your dumbbell set.

Heavy dumbbells are expensive, so the One Arm Row Handle by ATX® will enable you to get the same benefits of the dumbbell movement using only your barbells and Olympic plates.

Can be used with any straight Olympic barbell with 50mm sleeves.
Designed in Germany and has been certified to EN 20957 – I, II, IV – S for commercial use.
Manufactured from solid steel and rated for a whopping 300kg.
The handle is 15cm long and 28mm in diameter. The thickness combined with quality knurling will enable you to hang to heavy weights.
