Just slide your plates on and perform your 2 handed kettlebell swings. It can take loads of weight and will blast your back, glutes and hammies.

There are 2 varieties available. The normal one is approx. 12″ long (75lbs weight load capacity). The heavy is 18″ long (175lbs weight load capacity).
