Spud Inc designed The Big Ray Strap after they saw IPF World Champion Ray Williams hanging upside down using resistance bands which were so stretched that he was practically on the floor.

The Big Ray Strap eliminates the need to use multiple resistance bands, or climb over boxes to get into position. It also gives you a better range of motion and allows you to get a better stretch.

This item does not have a load rating, if it can hold a 180kg Powerlifter it will hold pretty much anyone who wants to stretch their spine.

Note: The Big Ray strap does not come with a band.
