The Spud Dip Belt with Chain combines durability with comfort and function. It has been designed by people who are pushing their training to the limit. The dip belt also functions as a weighted pullup belt.

Adding this to your training bag will push your bodyweight movements to the limit. Dips and pullups are both excellent upper body accessory exercises. But if you’ve been training for a while then you’re probably going to want to add some resistance.

Other than the striking yellow, the first thing that strikes you is the beefy back brace on the belt. It has 2 layers of heavy-duty nylon webbing along with some serious stitching.

The nylon webbing is just as strong, if not stronger than its leather counterpart. Spud have been developing high quality straps using this material for years.

The belt comes with 2 feet of quality chain, heavy-duty o rings and some mean looking clips. There is no weak link here. The belt is bound to be able to hold more weight than you can!
