The Spud Inc Adjustable Loading Strap has attachment points at 12″ and 20″ to suit athletes of all different shapes and sizes.

The problem with fixed-length loading straps is you don’t need to use the entire strap for every exercise – the adjustable loading strap makes lighter movements more comfortable as you can keep the weight closer to you. But there’s plenty of room to chuck more weight on if you feel the need.

The extra-long hook makes the strap bumper plate friendly, and lets you really pile on the weight if you’re using traditional Olympic plates.

Manufactured in the USA from durable nylon. Designed for use with Olympic plates only.
