The Ironmaster Fractional Dumbbell Weight Plates allow you to gradually increase the resistance in your training.

Even though the Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbell set comes with 2.5lb (1.1kg) weight plates, the 2.5lb jumps might be a bit too much for some exercises. Especially when you are using the Ironmaster Straight Bar for bench or shoulder presses.

That’s why Ironmaster introduced the 1.25lb (0.57kg) fractional weight plates, which are not only safer to use than the magnetic weight plates, but are compatible with the Ironmaster Attachments (Straight Bar, Ez Curl Bar, Leg Extension, Cable Tower etc.)
