The Ironmaster EZ Curl Bar enables you to use the weight plates from your Ironmaster Quick-Lock Dumbbells. Add variation to your weight training with this neat ez curl bar. The plates are locked in place and will not spin loose like on normal spinlock collar bars since the weights get locked into the backing plates just like on the Ironmaster Quick-Lock dumbells.

Fast-acting spin lock collars make weight changes quick and easy. (Weights shown, are not included). The bar ends are 17 cm long each and will hold up to 150 lbs of plates total (165 lbs with the bar). If you put all the plates from the 75 lb QLDB set, you will have 145 lbs total. The empty bar weight is 15 lbs and the bar is 121cm long overall.

With this bar you can perform bicep curls, upright rows, overhead triceps work, bent over rows, etc. Another handy addition to your Ironmaster collection. Add more quality weight training exercises without taking up valuable space.
