The Ironmaster Calf Block is designed and built properly so you don’t have to use a DIY job. Some years ago I was going to this old school type of gym. The gym equipment was old and rusty and the only calf block they had was a block of timber. It didn’t really do the job as the timber block was quite slippery. Plus it was uneven and had nothing to prevent it from tipping over.

Neat Solution

The Ironmaster Calf Block is a handy piece of exercise equipment for any home gym. The Ironmaster Calf Block is 3 1/2″ tall and 20″ long, all-welded extra heavy gauge steel allowing you to really blast the calf muscles with both seated and standing calf raises.
It features grip tape on the top and bottom for super stability. The Calf Raise Platform is great for the Ironmaster IM2000, or can be used with dumbbells, power racks, smith machines and practically any other piece of weightlifting equipment. It can also be used as a raised platform for your feet when doing flat bench presses on the Ironmaster Super Bench for those with shorter legs. Once you get your hands on a calf block, you will come up with more exercises too!
