The Gympin Ergo Handles are designed for cable exercises where a standard grip is required. You will see many an influencer demonstrating an isolation exercise by grabbing the gym cable ball or similar end stop. This is really bad and you should stop doing this – especially if it is your own gym equipment. 

By grabbing the gym cable with no handle, you can damage the cable. Certain exercises can cause the cable to flex at the crimping point. The cable is designed to go around pulleys. It is not meant to bent hard against a gym fitting. If you keep doing this it will break. This is great for us as we make replacement gym cables. But we would rather you spend your money on something more beneficial!

Each handle is precisely moulded – there is one for the left and right. This design allows you to apply for more pressure than you would if you were just grabbing a gym cable.
