    I bought the ATX Safety Squat Bar a couple of months ago (Aug ’24), and it has exceeded my expectations. The design effectively keeps my back straight while relieving pressure on my wrists and shoulders – two areas that used to give me trouble when using a standard barbell. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my quad workouts, and I’ve recently started adding calf raises as well. I’m excited to explore even more exercises with this bar in the future.

      Thanks so much Sammy! A great exercise to try is seated good mornings. Not too much weight. Just nice, slow and controlled reps.
